A Front Office Supervisor is responsible for assigning work and ensuring the completion of daily tasks in Front Office operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What you will be doing? - Job Description

  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues and complaints in a timely, friendly and efficient manner

  • Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints

  • Schedule, assign daily work, lead pre-shift meetings, inform and train team members

  • Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance

  • Monitor lobby traffic and adjust staffing accordingly

  • Other responsibilities and tasks assigned by Front office manager

  • Improve business performance and image of the restaurant.

  • Recruiting, training, managing and motivating staff.

  • Maintain high quality standards in terms of food, hygiene, appearance and safety.

  • Coordinating with the chef to control costs

  • Forecasting average number of covers and sales.

  • Respond to customer inquiries, requests and complaints.

  • Plan and organize F&B incentive for promotion of food and beverage sales.

  • Check and improve standard operating procedures.

  • Coordinate and communicate with other departments

  • Awareness of the local events.
